MDS Episode #0004: What Is Mindfulness Behind The Rifle
During this episode Caylen and Phil start the conversation off with what it means to have “mindfulness behind the rifle”. Caylen is in Boise, ID teaching a group of Marine snipers and they discuss the importance of rifle setup and the process that Caylen is taking the Marines through with their new Mk 13 mod 7 300 Winchester Magnum rifles. Lots of great technical information in this episode that many shooters overlook.

Another good episode, I had to google PIG the last episode and HOG, looking forward to the online training component stuff. I just spent a little time replicating Thomas Haughland's 100 yard target to shoot, I really like how he approaches things as well and his long range proficiency standard looked interesting.

Good episode. Fucking unertil... Canada still deployed them in 2010 with their platoon DM's. I am glad your pushing away from old school break in. We had 4 Tac 50's that all need "break" in before we went over. You wanna develop a flinch, that how you develop a flinch.
